The Wixarika (Huichol) people are internationally acclaimed for their artwork. This piece is adorned with symbology from their culture.

Isandro Villa Lopez is a young father who live in Agua Zarca a small ranch just outside of San Andres Cohamiata. Isandro's grandfather Jacinto Lopez was considered to be the grandfather of the bead art.
