Welcome to Peyote People. This is a wonderful bowl that was beaded on the inside by Santos Bautista. This piece measures 8" in diameter and is 4.5" deep. Santos Bautista is the son of Jose Bautista and grandson of Antonio Bautista, one of the pioneers of Huichol art in the 1960's. Santos Bautista is not just another Huichol bead artist, he was one of the pioneers of the bead art and is the winner of the 2009 FONART Competition as best Huichol Bead Artist.
